Each mission is conducted according to a clear, structured and transparent process, in order to ensure effective, smooth and results-oriented collaboration.

Initial contact
The collaboration begins with a simple initial contact (email, phone or form).
Goals :
understand your context and your challenges,
Identify your main problem,
to validate the suitability between your needs and my area of expertise.

Exploratory phone call
During this exchange, I will discuss:

your business challenges (markets, customers, organization),

your short and medium-term objectives,

the potential scope of the mission.
This exchange is non-binding.

Confidentiality Agreement
When the mission involves sharing sensitive information, I propose signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
This guarantees:
the protection of your strategic data,
a framework of trust from the very first exchanges.

Proposal and contracting
Following our discussions, I will send you a formal service proposal.
The mission begins after the service contract is signed and the advance payment is received.

Mission launch and follow-up points
The service begins with a framing point, then proceeds according to the defined schedule.
Regular follow-up meetings are organized in order to:
to share the progress of the work,
adjust the actions as needed.
to ensure the achievement of objectives.

Rendering and restitution
At the end of the mission, I produce a structured deliverable.
Depending on the nature of the service, it can take different forms.

Billing
Billing is carried out in accordance with the terms defined in the contract.

Additional support (optional)
At the end of the mission, I can offer additional support, depending on your needs:
operational implementation,
team support
performance monitoring,
strategic adjustments.
This phase is optional and defined independently.
